A broken down train between Deptford and Slade Green is causing disruption to journeys through these stations. Trains running between Deptford and Dartford may be delayed or diverted via Bexleyheath.

Disruption is expected until 13:00.

What's happened?

A train has broken down at Slade Green, blocking the line towards Dartford and Crayford.  Engineers from our depot are on site and working to resolve the fault so that the train can be moved to a depot.

How does this affect my journey?

Trains on the Woolwich Line towards Dartford or Crayford are being diverted to run via Bexleyheath instead. Services towards London are not affected and can run normally.

What do I need to do?

If you are travelling to or from stations on the Woolwich line and your train is cancelled, you can use London Buses at no extra cost between Lewisham and Dartford.

You can also use Docklands Light Railway at no extra cost between Lewisham, Greenwich & Woolwich.
