A fault on a train at Greenhithe For Bluewater means some lines are blocked. As a result, trains may be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised. This is expected until 19:00.

Southeastern Customer Advice:

What's happened?

The communication alarm was activated on a train as the train was departing Greenhithe. The train has subsequently been unable to get on the move again, so the line towards Dartford is currently blocked.

How does this affect my journey?

Trains are unable to run from Gravesend towards Dartford. As the terminating platform at Gravesend is occupied by a train that is unable to depart, services that would normally terminate at Gravesend will terminate and restart from Dartford.

Highspeed services are able to run as normal between Gravesend and Ebbsfleet.

What should I do?

Please check before you travel and allow extra time for your journey.
