What's happened?
A member of the public has made us aware of a tree blocking the railway at Thanet Parkway. The signaller has asked a train to inspect the line and the driver confirmed a tree has fallen and blocked the track from Thanet Parkway to Canterbury West / Dover Priory. How does this affect my journey?
Trains are currently unable to run from Ramsgate to Dover Priory and to Canterbury West.
Trains from Canterbury West and Dover to Ramsgate can still run, but may be delayed while passing the affected area. What should I do?
Please allow extra time to complete your journey and check before you travel.
You can use your ticket at no extra cost on services from Ramsgate and Canterbury East via Faversham (please note that the standard high-speed ticket restrictions apply).
