Customer Advice

Can you tell me more about the incident?
A train had developed a fault with it's pantograph at Harpenden Station, on the slow line towards Bedford. Trains behind were delayed whilst the fault was fixed. All lines have now reopened
A pantograph is an apparatus mounted on the roof of an electric train and collects power through contact with an overhead line, similar to how the third rail works.
