A number of incidents on the railway between Peterborough and Hitchin is causing disruption to journeys between these stations. As a result of this, trains may be delayed.

There have been reports of two separate issues affecting trains in the area between Peterborough and Hitchin.
These involve both a trespassing incident, and a signalling fault, and are being handled separately. This will mean that trains, while still running, will do so at very reduced speeds.
Your journey will take longer to complete, and we ask you to consider if your journey is necessary.
