Engineering work is taking place between Dorchester West and Weymouth, closing all lines.

Great Western Railway:

Trains will run between Bristol Temple Meads / Swindon / Westbury and Dorchester West. No trains will run between Dorchester West and Weymouth.

Replacement buses will run between Yeovil Pen Mill and Weymouth.

If you are travelling between Thornford, Yetminster, Chetnole or Maiden Newton and Upwey / Weymouth, you should use Great Western Railway train services to Dorchester West, then transfer to Dorchester South for South Western Railway services to / from Weymouth. Dorchester West and Dorchester South stations are approximately 1/2 mile apart.

South Western Railway:

It is not yet known how South Western Railway will be affected by this engineering work.
