Engineering work is taking place between Barking and Pitsea via Grays, and between Chafford Hundred and Grays, closing all lines.

As a result, buses will replace train services between Upminster and Grays, calling at Rainham and Purfleet, and between Chafford Hundred and Pitsea via Grays.

Services to / from London Liverpool Street will be diverted to run to / from London Fenchurch Street via West Ham. London Fenchurch Street is a short distance from London Liverpool Street.

Ticket acceptance:

You can use your ticket on London Underground Jubilee line and Docklands Light Railway services between West Ham and Stratford, and on London Buse routes EL2 and 287 between Barking and Dagenham Dock / Rainham at no extra cost.
