Engineering work is taking place between Romily and New Mills Central, closing some lines.

Northern:

Saturday

Sheffield - Manchester Piccadilly: Trains will be diverted via Stockport.

New Mills Central - Manchester Piccadilly: Trains will not run.

Buses will be provided between New Mills Central / Chinley and Manchester Piccadilly. Sunday

Sheffield - Manchester Piccadilly: Trains will not run.

Buses will be provided between Sheffield and Manchester Piccadilly. Edale will be served by a mini-bus shuttle to / from Hope.

It is not yet known how East Midlands Railway or TransPennine Express are affected by these works.
