Engineering work is taking place between Brundall and Reedham, closing all lines.
Buses will replace trains between Norwich and Lowestoft all weekend.
Trains which run between Norwich and Great Yarmouth via Reedham will also be diverted via Acle instead.
Connecting buses will operate between Reedham and Lingwood via Cantley.
