Engineering work is taking place between Marks Tey and Ipswich, closing all lines.
Buses will replace trains between:
- Marks Tey and Ipswich (fast).
- Marks Tey and Ipswich (via Colchester and Manningtree).
- Marks Tey and Hythe via Colchester.
- Marks Tey and Sudbury.
- Manningtree and Harwich Town.
Trains will run between Colchester Town and Clacton-on-Sea / Walton-on-the-Naze, connecting with bus services at Hythe.
Ticket acceptance:
Tickets can be used on bus routes 61 / 62 / 65 / 66 between Colchester and Colchester Town at no extra cost.
