Engineering work is taking place between Bristol Temple Meads and Bath Spa, closing some lines.

As a result the following amendments will apply:

Cardiff Central to Portsmouth Harbour services:

• Services will start / terminate at Bath Spa and most will call additionally at Freshford and Avoncliffe.
• A few trains will also operate as services between Cardiff Central and Bristol Temple Meads to supplement the Cardiff Central to Bristol Temple Meads / Taunton services that would normally run.

Bristol Temple Meads to Westbury / Weymouth services:

• Most of these services will operate between Westbury and Warminster / Frome / Weymouth. 
• A few will start / terminate at Bath Spa and a few of the services will not run.

London Paddington to Bristol Temple Meads services:

• One train per hour will divert between Swindon and Bristol Temple Meads (via Bristol Parkway, not calling). It will not call at Chippenham or Bath Spa.
• One train per hour (until 19:30) will operate via normal route via Chippenham but will start / terminate at Bath Spa.
• After 19:30 a shuttle service will operate between Swindon, Chippenham and Bath Spa with rail connections forward at Swindon.

Rail replacement buses will run between:

• Bristol Temple Meads and Bath Spa (non-stopping)
• Bristol Temple Meads and Bath Spa (calling at Keynham Church, Oldfield Park Lower, Bristol Road and Bath Spa.
