Engineering work is taking place between Horwich Parkway and Leyland, closing all lines.
Northern:
Buses will replace trains between Bolton and Preston. Some train services will be diverted between Bolton and Preston to run via Wigan North Western.
TransPennine Express:
It is not yet known how TransPennine Express will be affected by this engineering work.
