Engineering work is taking place between Bolton and Blackburn all weekend, closing some lines.

Saturday and Sunday:

All services will start / terminate at Bolton.

Rail replacement buses will operate between Bolton and Blackburn / Clitheroe.

Sunday only:

The following services will be replaced by a bus throughout:

• The 08:12 Blackpool North to Hellifield service.
• The 10:30 Hellifield to Preston service.
• The 15:26 Preston to Hellifield service.
• The 17:34 Hellifield to Blackpool North service.
