Buses replace late night / early morning trains between Blackpool North / Blackpool South and Preston from Monday 8 to Friday 12 January

Engineering work is taking place overnight between Blackpool North / Blackpool South and Preston, closing some lines. ​​​​​​​

Monday only:

• The 05:00 Blackpool North to Manchester Airport service will start from Preston. A rail replacement bus service will depart Blackpool North at 04:05 running to Preston to connect with the train.

Monday to Thursday:

• The 23:46 Manchester Airport to Blackpool North service will terminate at Preston. A rail replacement bus service will run between Preston and Blackpool North.

Tuesday to Friday:

• The 05:29 Blackpool South to Preston service will not run. A rail replacement bus service will run between Blackpool South and Preston.
