Engineering work is taking place between Drigg and St Bees, closing some lines.

Saturday:

The following services are affected:

• The 18:36 Lancaster to Maryport service will be amended to terminate at Carlisle.
• The 22:21 Morecambe to Preston service will terminate at Lancaster.

An additional service will be provided from Lancaster to Barrow-in-Furness, departing at 22:40.

Sunday:

Trains will not run between Whitehaven and Millom, buses will run between Barrow-in-Furness and Whitehaven / Carlisle.
