Amended late night services to / from Plymouth from Monday 6 to Thursday 9 March

Engineering work is taking place between Totnes and Ivybridge, closing some lines.

As a result the following amendments will apply:

• The 16:36 London Paddington to Plymouth service will terminate at Totnes. It will connect in to the train below
• The 17:04 London Paddington to Penzance service will call additionally at Ivybridge and will operate a few minutes later than normal beyond
• The 17:50 Penzance to London Paddington service will terminate at Plymouth (and restart at Totnes). No connection will run between the two parts
• The 18:00 Cardiff Central to Penzance service will terminate at Newton Abbot (and restart at Plymouth. It will connect in to the train below
• The 18:15 Penzance to Exeter St David's service will terminate Plymouth. A rail replacement bus will run between Plymouth and Newton Abbot, for onward rail connection to stations to Exeter St.David's, also to stations to Bristol Temple Meads
• The 18:36 London Paddington to Plymouth service will will call additionally at Ivybridge and will operate a few minutes later than normal beyond
• 19:15 Penzance to Bristol Temple Meads will terminate Plymouth (and restart Newton Abbot - no connection between two parts). A rail replacement bus will run between Plymouth and Newton Abbot, for onward later rail connection to Exeter St.David's. Customers from stations Penzance-Plymouth travelling beyond Exeter St.David's (towards Bristol Temple Meads) to travel by earlier services
• 21:45 Penzance to London Paddington “Night Riviera” Sleeper Service will depart Plymouth and beyond later than normal
• The 22:02 London Paddington to Plymouth service will arrive Plymouth approximately 15 minutes later than normal.
• 22:22 Gunnislake to Exeter St.David's will terminate Plymouth. A rail replacement bus will run between Plymouth and Newton Abbot, for onward rail connection to Exeter St.David's.
• 22:25 Plymouth to Exeter St.David's will not run and will be replaced by a bus between Plymouth and Newton Abbot for onward rail connection to Exeter St.David's.

The following services will incur a few minutes additional journey time between Totnes and Plymouth:

• The 17:36, 19:04, 20:03, 21:04 London Paddington to Plymouth and the 18:04 London Paddington to Penzance services 
• The 19:00 Cardiff Central to Plymouth service
