Engineering work is taking place between Didcot Parkway and Chippenham, closing lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.

The 23:30 London Paddington to Cardiff Central service will be diverted between Reading and Bath Spa, and will not call at Didcot Parkway, Swindon or Chippenham.

A replacement bus will run from Didcot Parkway to Swindon, connecting at Swindon with a replacement bus from Reading to Chippenham. A third replacement bus will run from Swindon to Chippenham, Bath Spa and Bristol Temple Meads.

Additionally, the 23:20 London Paddington to Oxford service will be amended to additionally call at Didcot Parkway for customers of the 23:30 travelling to Didcot Parkway.
