Engineering work is taking place between Manchester Victoria and Liverpool Lime Street, closing some lines.
As a result, the 23:19 Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Airport service will divert after Deansgate, and will not call at Liverpool South Parkway, Warrington Central, Birchwood, Irlam and Urmston.
A replacement bus service is not yet confirmed.
