Step free access is available to Platform 1 via a footpath that leads to / from Croxton Road and this is the route that customers with restricted mobility are advised to use, as the other path that leads to / from Station Lane is along an unsurfaced road without a footpath.

Another ten cycle stands have been temporarily moved from underneath the footbridge steps on Platform 2 (for trains towards Ely and Cambridge) to the opposite end of the same platform, beyond the main station building.
