Northallerton lies between the Yorkshire Dales and the North Yorkshire Moors with the train station just a short walk from the town centre. Trains to Northallerton station depart from a number of destinations in the North including York, Sunderland and Newcastle. Step free access is available throughout the station, however customers should note that ramps are steep, and as such assistance cannot be provided for manual wheelchair users via the subway or to/from Platform 1. Station wheelchairs are not available at this location.

Sunday: 09:00 - 19:45

Customers requiring assistance should make themselves known to station staff no less than 20 minutes prior to the departure time of their train.
Assistance can be requested in advance by contacting the TransPennine Express Assisted Travel Team on 0800 107 2149 (18001 prefix for TextRelay).
Outside of staffed station hours, assistance to board and alight the train can be provided by the Conductor. The conductor is usually positioned at the rear of the train.
