Platforms 1, 4 and 5 have step free access with Platform 1's step free access only via the Shoppenhangers Road Car Park. Passengers travelling from West of Maidenhead (Reading direction) and alighting at Maidenhead, have step free access.

      Platform 2 and 3 have no step free access. This means any passengers alighting at Maidenhead and travelling from the London direction, have no step free access. Customers starting their journey at Maidenhead and needing to travel West will be effected.
