Coronavirus travel information latest

With all the news and messages about the ongoing Coronavirus situation, we wanted to update you on the actions we have been taking to support our customers and our people, based on latest advice from the NHS and Public Health England.

From Saturday 28 March, Grand Central will be modifying our Resilience Timetable to ensure that vital train services can keep running throughout a prolonged Coronavirus outbreak.

Additionally, we are offering full refunds on all tickets, including Advance tickets purchased prior to Monday 23 March – click here for more information.

If your service has been cancelled, you will be eligible to travel on any Grand Central service that day, as well as rebook to a later date or claim a refund. Click below for more information on timetables, cancellations and refunds.

Please note that our Customer Relations contact centre is now operating reduced hours of 10am - 4pm, Monday - Friday.
