Registering from overseas is easy:
- Simply go to our registration page
- Enter your contact details and password
- Make sure to include your country code when adding your phone number (eg. +44)
When registered, you will be able to set you address in your Personal details – you can also do this during the booking process. Enter your country in the “City” field, after your city (eg. “New York, United States”).
International customers will need to download their tickets to their mobile devices as e-tickets, opt for print-at-home fulfilment or collect their tickets from a ticket vending machine at a UK station – all of these options are free.
To use the Self Service Ticket Machines you will need your ticket collection reference and the credit card or debit card used to purchase your tickets. The ticket collection reference will be emailed to you once your purchase is completed, as well as stored within the “Bookings” section of My Account.
