Our exceptional Sunderland Depot are looking for a friendly, confident and outgoing person to join their team. We are seeking full time, a fixed term Customer Service Assistant (CSA) to be part of our integral on board team, this role contributes greatly to our customers overall journey experience. You must be over 18 and full training will be given to the successful applicants. Flexibility is essential as the position includes a variety of shifts and weekend working.

Key activities of the role:

• Meet and greet customers
• Assist with luggage, tickets, connections and general enquiries
• Assist the Senior Conductor
• Customer Safety
• On board catering
