A fault with the signalling system between Elmers End and Hayes means trains may be cancelled or revised.

Disruption is expected until 12:00.

What's happened?

There is a fault with the signalling system at Hayes and engineers need to block the line at Hayes to investigate the problem. The line is expected to be closed between 11:00 and 12:00

How does this affect my journey?

Trains from London Charing Cross to Hayes will be unable to travel between Elmers End and Hayes. Trains from Hayes towards London Charing Cross will start at Clock House.

Trains will be unable to serve the following stations:

  • Eden Park
  • West Wickham
  • Hayes

What should I do?

You may use your ticket at no extra cost on London Buses between Hayes and Lewisham.
