The late running train between Stowmarket and Ipswich is now on the move and trains can begin to run.

While service recovers, train running between these stations may still be cancelled, or delayed by up to 20 minutes.

Disruption is expected until 08:30.

Advance purchase tickets holders will be allowed to travel on earlier or later trains if their booked service is cancelled.

A freight train required refuelling and it took a bit longer than expected, leaving other freight waiting for access into the yard. The refuelling is now complete and all passenger train and freight train services are on the move.
