• Blackpool North to York - Services will terminate at Blackburn
• Headbolt Lane to Blackburn - Services will terminate at Manchester Victoria
• Blackburn to Headbolt Lane - Services will start at Manchester Victoria
• Blackburn to Clitheroe / Clitheroe to Blackburn - Services are able to call at stations as normal however are subject to short notice delays and cancellations due to this issue
