Customers at Reading may use South Western Railway services between Reading and Feltham and use London Buses route 285 between Feltham and Heathrow bus station at no extra cost. Customers may also use rail tickets on the RailAir route 1 bus at no extra cost.

Customers with prepaid Heathrow Express tickets only may use Elizabeth line services between London Paddington and Heathrow Airport at no extra cost.
