There is a signalling system fault between Swansea and Cardiff Central. This means that trains must run at reduced speed on some lines for safety reasons.
Trains running between these stations may be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised.
This issue is expected to continue to impact services until 16:00.
