A fire next to the track between Berrylands and New Malden means trains running between these stations may be delayed by up to 30 minutes or cancelled.

Disruption is expected until 15:00.

Customer Advice

We have been informed of a fire next to the track between Berrylands and New Malden. This means that all lines towards London Waterloo are blocked. Trains on all lines towards Surbiton have to run at reduced speed over the affected area.

To assist you with your journey your ticket will be accepted, at no extra cost to yourself, on the following services:

  • London Underground services between Richmond / Wimbledon and London Waterloo in both directions via any reasonable routes
  • Southern services Dorking and London Victoria via Epsom and Clapham Junction in both directions until further notice
  • Great Western Railway services between Basingstoke and Reading, Reading and London Paddington in both directions until further notice.
  • London Buses between Surbiton - Chessington - Epsom - Hampton Court - Kingston - Raynes Park - Wimbledon - Clapham Junction - London Waterloo via any reasonable routes
