London-bound trains are currently unable to run between Stevenage and Alexandra Palace via Hertford North. You will need to use an alternative route and your journey time will be extended.
Please check journey planners before you travel. If you are at a station, please check customer information boards and listen to station announcements.
Passengers travelling towards London requiring Watton-at-Stone, Hertford North, Bayford, Cuffley, Crews Hill, Gordon Hill, Enfield Chase, Grange Park, Winchmore Hill, Palmers Green or Bowes Park
If you require one of these stations and are travelling on a London-bound service, you will need to take a train to Alexandra Palace and change there for services back towards Stevenage via Hertford North.
Passengers travelling towards London from Grange Park, Winchmore Hill, Palmers Green or Bowes Park
If you are at one of these stations and are travelling towards London, you can travel on London Underground services from nearby Piccadilly line stations. These are Cockfosters, Oakwood, Southgate, Arnos Grove and Bounds Green.
Passengers travelling towards London from Enfield Chase
If you are travelling from Enfield Chase, you can walk to Enfield Town station (10 minute walk) and take a London Overground service to London Liverpool Street.
Passengers travelling towards London from Gordon Hill, Crews Hill, Cuffley, Bayford or Watton-at-Stone
If you are travelling from one of these stations, you can take a train service to Stevenage and change there for London-bound services.
Passengers travelling towards London from Hertford North
If you are travelling from Hertford North, you can walk to Hertford East (20 minute walk) and take a Greater Anglia service to Cheshunt, changing there for services to London Liverpool Street.
Please note, services to Stevenage via Hertford North are not affected by this incident.

â¢London Overground services between Enfield Town and London Liverpool Street.
â¢Greater Anglia services between Hertford East and London Liverpool Street.
â¢London Underground services on any reasonable route.
