Overhead wires damaged between Sandy and Biggleswade means that some London-bound lines are blocked. Additionally, trains will have to run at a reduced speed through the affected area. Services will be delayed by up to 45 minutes, cancelled or revised.

Disruption is expected until 18:00.

We have received reports of damage to the overhead wires near Sandy. Whilst this is investigated services will have to run at much slower speeds than normal and one line towards Stevenage is blocked.
