Damage to the overhead electric wires between Radlett and Kentish Town means some lines are blocked whilst repair work is done. Trains between Luton and London St Pancras International may be cancelled, delayed by up to 60 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until 14:00.

Intercity The XX:02 services from London St Pancras International towards Sheffield cannot run. The XX:37 services from Sheffield towards London St Pancras cannot run. Connect The connect services will shuttle between Kettering and Corby only.

Can you tell me more about the incident?

This morning, a fault with the overhead wires was detected affecting trains between Radlett and Kentish Town. It has been determined that there is damage to the overhead wires, limiting the available routes between these stations.

Network Rail have sent engineers to site and will be working as quickly and safely as possible to repair the damage and allow all routes to reopen for trains to travel. Until this time, your journey will be impacted and you may have to use an alternative route.
