Due to ice preventing trains getting electricity from the third rail between Dover Priory and Canterbury East all lines are currently closed. As a result, trains may be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until 10:00.

What's happened?

A trains has come to a stop near Bekesbourne because it is unable to get power from the power supply because of ice on the rail.

 

How does this affect my journey?

Trains are currently unable to run between Dover Priory and Canterbury East.

What do I need to do?

You will need to use local buses to complete your journey between Dover & Faversham.

You can use the following Stagecoach South East routes at no extra cost:

  • 15 between Dover & Canterbury
  • 3 / X3 between Canterbury & Faversham
