What has happened? There is a trespasser on the railway near Wellingborough station. This is between Kettering and Bedford and is disrupting trains on the;

• Intercity: London St Pancras International / Nottingham / Sheffield route
• Connect: London St Pancras International / Luton Airport Parkway / Corby route

Emergency services have attended and confirmed services can now begin to run. How does this affect my train? Trains running through the area from London St Pancras International towards Wellingborough can now run. Trains running from Wellingborough towards London St Pancras International can now run. At present we are expecting the problem to be fixed in the next two hours. As soon as the problem is fixed the priority will be to get trains running to their advertised times again. We expect the advertised timetable to resume on the affected routes by 18:45. How do I get where I need to be? You should continue to travel as originally planned however your journey may be delayed by 30 minutes. We are sorry for the delay to your journey today.
