A fault on the train that runs between Cleethorpes and Barton-on-Humber means that service between these stations has been suspended. Trains running between these stations will be cancelled.

Disruption is expected until 11:00.

Customer advice

At present East Midlands Railway are expecting the problem to be fixed in the next 4 hours. As soon as a replacement trains has been sourced their priority will be to get trains running to their advertised times again.

How do I get where I need to be?

You should continue to travel as originally planned however your journey may be delayed by 60 minutes.

East Midlands Railway have arranged rail replacement buses to keep you on the move this morning.

2-way coaches will run the following services:

  • 06:40 Cleethorpes to Barton-on-Humber
  • 07:45 Barton-on-Humber to Cleethorpes
  • 08:54 Cleethorpes to Barton-on-Humber
  • 09:50 Barton-on-Humber to Cleethorpes

The bus will call at at the following stations in both direction: Grimsby Town, Great Coates, Healing, Stallingborough, Habrough, Ulceby, Goxhill and New Holland.
