Book with Confidence Promise
The book with confidence promise has now finished across the industry. If you purchased a ticket before the 1st December you will still be able to change your booking without a fee being applied. However all purchases of Advance tickets from the 1st December onwards will be subject to a fee if you decide to change your booking.
