Management, development and delivery of Grand Central’s yield management strategy to help fulfil the company’s ambitious growth plans, optimising revenue and occupancy levels on current and future services.
Ensure consistency in, identify and drive improvements to, and oversee expansion of, Grand Central’s core yield management activities of maximising revenue streams and optimising train loadings on current and proposed new routes.
Provide support and guidance to the Yield Analyst and combine an in-depth knowledge of Grand Central’s routes, markets and competitors with analysis to ensure ongoing improvements to the yield management strategy. Identify and exploit new opportunities to leverage IT systems and Grand Central’s competitive position to deliver revenue and customer experience benefits.
This role would suit someone with demonstrable yield management experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, leadership qualities and excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
