Grassington Festival

Hosted in the glorious Yorkshire Dales, this popular two-week festival hosts some fantastic stars from the world of music, theatre, film, comedy and more.

Each year, the Yorkshire market town of Grassington comes alive for two weeks in June for carnival-style processions, live music concerts, and street theatre performances. There is something for all the family to enjoy and take part in.

This year's festival takes places from 14th – 29th June and features Mica Paris, Ed Byrne and Cara Dillon, along with a series of local theatre groups and musicians.

The nearest train station is Skipton, which has regular services to Leeds and Bradford.

From 7th – 8th June, The Drumsheds in London’s N18 will transform into an indoor and outdoor arena with a stellar line-up featuring Skepta, Jorja Smith, Diplo and Jungle.

With gin bars and a pop-up Camden Brewery, you can relax and catch up with friends in between performances, as well as enjoying a wide range of street food, with something for every taste.

S. Lowry’s relationship with his controlling mother. There is also a host of other films to view as part of the celebrations.

There will also be outdoor screenings in St Andrew Square from Friday 14th June – Sunday 16th June, with a wide range of films to see. Plus, all of these are free of charge with no ticket required – just turn up and pick your spot!
