Bradford is one of the North’s greatest and most diverse cities, once the centre of Britain’s wool trade. The city centre is undergoing a renaissance and nearby lies some of the country’s finest scenery, in the Yorkshire Dales and Calderdale.

National Film and Media Museum

Just a few minutes’ walk from Bradford Interchange, the museum offers a wide range of attractions charting the rise of film and photography. There are lots of hands-on activities and the IMAX Cinema offers an exciting range of films each week. Admission is free.

Food and drink

Bradford is famous for its Indian cuisine and there are dozens of places to choose from, as well as some fine traditional Yorkshire pubs.

Nearby

The delightful village of Haworth is nearby, with its Bronte Museum and array of traditional shops. Arrive there in style, on the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, from Keighley (connections from Bradford Forster Square station).

Station Information

	Station staff Staff are available at all times when the station is open.
	Ticket office The ticket office is open Monday – Saturday 0600 to 2015 and Sunday 0800 to 2015.
	Ticket collection facilities There are no ticket collection facilities at this station. Ticket collection facilities are available at Leeds.
	Waiting rooms A waiting room is available on platforms 1 and 2.
	Public Toilets Toilets are available on the interchange concourse.
	Refreshment facilities A shop serving hot drinks and sandwiches is available on the platforms, and a café with seating is on the interchange concourse.
	ATM An ATM is available on the interchange concourse.
	Public Telephone Public telephones are available on the station and on the interchange concourse.
	Station and platform access There is step free access to the station concourse via lifts or a ramp with level access from the station concourse to all platforms. As items on the platform may obstruct the access ramp to Grand Central services wheelchair bound passengers need to arrive 20 minutes before departure. There is a large step from the train to the platform at the London end of the station. Wheelchairs are available from within the station.
	Customer Assistance Assistance is available at all times when the station is open.
	Pick up point A drop off and pick up point is available at the front of the interchange.
	Rail replacement bus services Pick up / drop off at parcels bay adjacent to platform 1, through the red gate. Due to ticket barriers you will need a valid ticket before boarding the replacement bus service.
	Parking There are no car parking spaces at the station. Public car parking is available close to the station.
	Taxis A taxi rank is available at the front of the interchange.
