If you are travelling on London Underground, check TfL's planned journey alterations before you travel. 5 February - West Riding Route Due to a technical issue the 07.55 Bradford Interchange to London Kings Cross is not shown as amended. Please click here for amended the times. This service will be unable to call to at Halifax, Brighouse and Mirfield. A Rail Replacement Bus Service will be in operation, however due to this technical issue the correct times have not been displayed. The Rail Replacement Bus Service will depart from Halifax, Brighouse and Mirfield earlier than advertised currently. Click here for the correct times. If you have a reservation from Halifax, Brighouse and Mirfield your reservation will still stand and will be available when you board the train at Wakefield Kirkgate.

Planned Service Alterations

Sometimes our schedules have to be altered especially when lines are closed at weekends for improvement or maintenance work by Network Rail. If travelling at weekends, you are strongly advised to check train times. Please check our Main Timetable Page for information on longer term engineering works. Sunday 5th and 12th February 2012 – North Eastern Route Due to engineering work between York and Northallerton northbound services will be slightly retimed from York. Sunday 5th February 2012 - West Riding Route Due to engineering work between Bradford Interchange and Wakefield Kirkgate the 0755 Bradford Interchange to London Kings Cross is slightly retimed and is unable to call at Halifax, Brighouse and Mirfield. A rail replacement bus service will be operation from these stations. Saturday 18th and 25th February 2012- North Eastern Route Due to engineering work between York and London Kings Cross a special timetable will be in place. Sunday 19th and 26th February 2012 - North Eastern Route Due to engineering work between York and London Kings Cross a special timetable will be in place. 0912 Sunderland to London Kings Cross and 0948 London Kings Cross to Sunderland services are cancelled. Saturday 18th and 25th February 2012 - West Riding Route Due to engineering work between Doncaster and London Kings Cross a special timetable will be in place. Sunday 19th and 26th February 2012 - West Riding Route Due to engineering work between Doncaster and London Kings Cross a special timetable will be in place. 0755 Bradford Interchange to London Kings Cross and 1148 London Kings Cross to Bradford Interchange services are cancelled.
