Now it’s eight services a day!
Grand Central Railway today confirmed that its additional services linking the Durham Coast, North Yorkshire and London would start on Monday 17th August 2009.
To prepare for the launch of the new service the company has acquired additional rolling stock and over recent months has been preparing the Class 180 trains for service and undertaking crew training and mileage accumulation. This has culminated in Monday’s launch of the fourth daily service on the route along the Durham Coast, North Yorkshire and London.
