How to Book:

Bookings must be made by 08/08/2010. This offer is only available through the Grand Central website.

To book your tickets you will need to enter the special code ‘GCKGF’ in the ‘Promotional codes’ box.

If you book 7 days in advance your tickets can be sent free of charge by first class post. Tickets booked within 7 days of travel, but at least 2 hours before the train departs, can be collected free of charge from an enabled* fast ticket machine. Alternatively tickets can be sent via Next Day Delivery at a cost of £6 when booked by 1500 the day before travel.

*enabled ticket collection facilities are available at Kings Cross, Doncaster, Huddersfield, Dewsbury, Leeds, Wakefield Westgate and other large stations.

• Outward travel can only be made between Saturday 7th August and Thursday 26th August 2010
• Return journeys must be made within 1 month of the outward journey and must be before 26th September 2010.
• Travel with the promotional ticket is only allowed on the day and service stated on the ticket.
• The family group must travel together and the family group must consist of a minimum of 1 adult and 1 child to a maximum of 2 adults and 3 children. The family group do not have to be related.
• Anyone using this promotional fare without travelling as part of the specified family group will be charged the full applicable Grand Central fare.
• Adult fares apply to those aged 16 or over. Child fares apply to those aged from 5 to 15. Children under the age of 5 do not need a ticket.
• This offer is only available for tickets for travel on Grand Central services.
• The promotion code ‘GCKGF’ which must be entered on the website in the ‘promotional codes’ box.
• Tickets are not refundable.
• No other promotion can be used in conjunction with this offer.
• Railcard discounts are not available
• Tickets are subject to availability and can only be purchased through the Grand Central website
• Seat reservations cannot be guaranteed and services are expected to be busy so booking early is advised.
